What I am working on
What's alive today, with its real status. If something stops being active, it leaves this page.

What I build
Health Companion
Conversational health companion for people with chronic conditions. Its thesis is continuity: accompanying between visits, not replacing them. In production: 80 registered users and its first paying user.
SimStage
Live-class production platform: overlays, galleries, polls, teleprompter, and LLM control. It replaced a commercial system and cut its recurring cost to zero.
Local AI infrastructure
A workstation of my own serving open language models to my agents, no cloud and no per-token cost. General chat, a medical model, image segmentation, and semantic search.
Conversational assistants
Three assistants with distinct personalities: a personal one with more than sixty tools, one for supporting people, and one coordinating several voices inside work groups.
CCMed01
Browser of oncology adverse events built on regulatory sources (CIMA, DailyMed, EMA). In clinical use at a cancer center.
Marketing Studio
AI-assisted content studio two organizations use to produce blogs, landing pages, and campaigns: image generation, brand-voice copywriting, and publishing.
Lumen
Open-source desktop Markdown editor: tables, images, and a diagram assistant. Version 0.3 released with installers for macOS, Windows, and Linux; I use it daily and share it with anyone who wants it.
Clinically structured retrieval (RAG in oncology)
Registered study asking whether a well-designed retrieval layer adds value over a base model in clinical oncology. Public protocol with DOI, underway.
Organizations I direct
SimAcademy
Simulation-based medical education for Latin America: scenario design, debriefing, and instructor training.
Visit ↗Asesores en Emergencias
